Amy Poehler Thinks the Best Roles for Women Are On TV

Meredith Blake reported this week on NewYorker's website that Amy Poehler had some great soundbites concerning her opinions on roles for women in television and in movies. During a conversation held as part of The New Yorker Festival, Poehler said, "I think films are kind of catching up in a way to where television has been for a long time. Television is still, in my opinion, the best place for female characters."
